Privacy Policy
The data communicated in the contact and user profile management form will be recorded in a protected paper and / or computerized archive and will be processed by the Politecnico di Milano Foundation in full compliance with Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data / Privacy Code) on the protection of personal data (published in the Official Journal n.174 of 29-7-2003, Suppl. Ord. N. 123 in force since 1-1-2004). According to the indicated legislation, the data processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of the confidentiality and rights of the data holder.
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Milan Polytechnic Foundation informs that:
will process the information and personal data provided through manual, electronic and telematic tools;
the data provided will be processed in order to allow the user access to the services on registration and to communicate to the user information on services and initiatives of the Competence Center for Systematic Innovation and of the Milan Polytechnic Foundation;
the data provided will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of the data holder;
the provision of personal data is optional, but the refusal to provide such data at the time of registration may make it impossible to provide services on registration.
The user can exercise all the rights provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. In particular, you can know your data in the archive and obtain its modification, integration or cancellation.
The user authorizes the Milan Polytechnic Foundation to process their personal data.
