Today managing the innovation process is a key activity for companies, to be performed regularly in order to be competitive on the market<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Since many years, companies have introduced techniques and tools to support some phases of the product development process in an efficient and programmatic way. Today many companies recognize the importance to introduce structured methods and tools able to make more solid and efficient<\/strong> the starting phases of the new product development process<\/strong> and to enhance critical thinking<\/strong>, problem-solving<\/strong> skills, and creativity in the technical context<\/strong>. Companies and enterprises are recognizing more frequently the need to use specific tools able to give systematic support to ideas generation, complex problem solving concerning engineering issues and, more in general, new product development activities. In this context, the Italian Center of Competence aims to give methodological support to companies and enterprises.<\/p>\n
